Official description, decoded

Karpath’s text is the design doc:

• Explore countries, learn continents, clean the mess, discover places
• Clean alone or with friends
• Race leaderboard times
• Earn upgrades and abilities
• Unlock countries and expand a collection

That maps to the HUD players actually see: country counter, Cash, FILL COUNTRIES timers, Shop, Upgrade, Inventory, Pets. Promo art shows the fantasy: a screaming avatar in a pile of silhouettes, then white shelves of country-coloured volumes and a globe cart. You are restoring a geography set, not pressure-washing a suburb.

Controller: RT pickup/place, LT drop, Y upgrades, hold LT clean.

Those lines are why Controls exists. They have not been replaced as of this writing. If a patch changes them, this notes page will strike the old row.

What did not ship on day one

• Public codes. Independent trackers and our own redeem check show 0 working, 0 expired. See codes.
• Documented Trello. Discord and Trello status stays “not verified”.
• Documented Discord invite on the game page.
• Executor scripts aimed at this place (scripts).
• A long official trailer. Short community clips exist; we embed the real ones on How to Play and Getting Started.

Economy at launch

Cash from parking countries. Upgrade cluster via T / Y. Pets are a HUD destination, not a requirement. We rank spend on the tools tier list. Do not assume Robux gamepasses are required; the place is free. If a paid pass appears, it will be listed here with what it actually does to FILL time.

Player-facing advice that was already true at launch

• Sort by continent prompt, not flag colour (countries tier list).
• Three-pass route: giants, crumbs, mop (How to Clean Faster).
• Two or three friends beat a 20-stack (players).
• Leaderboard is FILL time, not Cash (leaderboard).

Search Roblox for the exact title Clean the Countries by Karpath Games. Knock-offs and older “Find the Countries” scavenger hunts are different places. Our play button always points at 93529731049611.
