Grab the giants that bury the crumbs. Sort by continent sign, never by flag colour.
Every country piece is a silhouette wrapped in a flag. Promo art dumps France on Brazil, a panda on China, the United States as a handheld slab. Live sessions label pieces with a name plus a continent (Liberia / Africa, Pakistan / Asia). This list ranks how much a piece affects FILL time, not GDP. Use it with How to Play and the tools tier list.
S — grab first, every run
United States, China, Brazil, Russia, India, Australia, Canada. They are enormous, they hide crumbs, and a child can name them. Parking them is also a morale win: the floor suddenly has holes you can walk through. The handheld USA shot in Karpath’s gallery is not a joke; that piece is a door.
Kazakhstan, Argentina, Mexico. Not as famous in every classroom, but the shapes are loud. Mexico is the lookalike trap versus Italy if you sort by green/white/red — still grab it early because of size.
S-tier rule: if it covers two floor tiles, it is S. Move it before you mop.
A — high value, easy miss
African giants and mid-sizes (Algeria, DRC, Sudan, South Africa). Continent sign is Africa; the pile mixes them with tiny coastal states. Liberia showed up in first-look footage — once the giants move, these become the FILL 12 fodder.
Asian mid-sizes (Pakistan, Iran, Mongolia, Indonesia). Pakistan under an ASIA sign is already on YouTube. Indonesia is a chain of islands; look twice so you do not leave a crumb.
Europe’s big three plus Turkey. France, Germany, Ukraine are fast if you read shapes. Turkey sits on a sign that players argue about; follow the in-game continent prompt, not your atlas opinion.
B — work, but later
Lookalike flags. Ireland vs Italy vs Mexico vs India vs Niger. Colour-sorting is how FILL 2 survives until 0:03 and then fails. Read the name plate. If the plate is hidden, pick up (E) to force the prompt, then walk.
Island chains. Japan is easy. Philippines, Greece, the Caribbean crumbs are B because they take camera work, especially on mobile (controls).
Landlocked rectangles. A lot of Africa and Central Asia looks “similar” in a messy pile. Use the continent aisle method from How to Clean Faster instead of identifying every one from spawn.
C — leave for the mop buddy
Microstates and tiny islands that fail FILL 2. They are not hard intellectually; they are hard to see. Assign them to the player who is already in that aisle, or to the mop role who is looking at the floor anyway (players).
Pieces already on the wrong shelf. Re-grabbing a mis-placed France is C-tier time: necessary, not heroic. Drop (F) if you are not sure, rather than carrying a maybe across the hall.
D — time sinks disguised as content
Fighting another player for the same USA. Online co-op, max 20. Call it or leave it. Double-grabing S-tier pieces is D-tier teamwork.
Colour-only sorting. Pretty, fast, and wrong.
Stopping a quota to pose with a handheld flag. Funny clip. Dead timer.
Continent aisle cheat-sheet
- Americas — USA, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico first.
- Asia — China, India, Kazakhstan, then Pakistan and island chains.
- Africa — the big northern slabs, then Liberia-sized crumbs.
- Europe — France/Germany/Ukraine, then lookalikes.
- Oceania — Australia first, then the crumbs around it.
Signs in-game override this list if Karpath groups a country differently. The prompt on the piece wins.
How this list was built
Sources: official gallery silhouettes, Roblox description (learn continents, unlock countries), and verified clips that show named pieces plus FILL quotas. We have not counted 195 unique parts in a datamine. If your session shows 170 on the counter, that is the live total — it will move with updates (launch notes).
No public codes change country spawns. No script auto-sorts this list (scripts). Your hands and the aisle split are the meta.
When a new country ships, it enters B until we see its size. Giants only get S after they bury someone else.

How do I tell Italy from Mexico?
Do not use colours. Pick the piece up and read the name plus continent prompt, then walk to that sign.
What if a country is missing?
It is under a giant, in someone’s hands, or already on a shelf. Walk the aisle before you rejoin.
Does the list include every UN member?
It ranks shapes that affect the clock. Live counters have shown totals around 170 and will change as Karpath adds pieces.
