Getting Started in Clean the Countries

Your first Clean the Countries session should be boring on purpose. The thumbnail is a screaming avatar in a mountain of flags. The actual skill is slower: grab a silhouette, read it, walk it to a labelled shelf, park it, and only then hold-click to clean the dust that is left. This page is that first hour. Minute 0–2: spawn and drop

Join the official Roblox place. Servers hold up to 20 people; if the pile is already half gone, that is fine — you are here to learn, not to steal a leaderboard time.

You will probably spawn touching a country piece. Do not mash click. Look at your hotbar. Number keys switch tools. If you are holding something you cannot identify, press F to drop it at your feet. Walking around with a mystery USA in your hand is how first-timers lose the piece under a shelf.

Open Controls if E does nothing. On controller, pickup is RT. On mobile, tap the piece; if the camera locks, you equipped a cleaner — the controls finder explains how to tap-to-clean instead of pan.

Minute 2–10: one shelf, not the world

Pick a single continent label on the nearest shelf wall. Ignore the rest of the map. Your job is ten matching pieces, not 195 countries.

1. Scan the floor for a silhouette you can name without guessing (Brazil, France, Japan, Australia are easy from the promo art).
2. Press E or click to pick it up. You should see the flag wrap the country shape.
3. Walk to the shelf whose sign matches the continent, not the flag colours. Italy and France both use green/white/red energy; the shape is the truth.
4. Click / E again to place. If it pops back out, you have the wrong bay. Drop with F and try the neighbour shelf.
5. Repeat until that one bay looks like the “after” shot on our overview image: tidy spines, globe cart visible, floor visible.

That is a complete beginner win. Do not unlock the whole atlas on session one.

Minute 10–20: hold-click clean

After pieces are parked, leftover smudges still count. Equip the clean tool (often slot 1 or 2 — confirm with number keys) and hold click on PC, or hold LT on controller. Sweep the floor of the shelf you just filled. Cleaning the entire hall now is a trap; you will re-dirty the path while dragging more countries through it. Clean the zone you finished, then move.

Minute 20–30: press T once

Karpath mapped T to unlock equipment and G to a special ability. Open T after you have cash from the first bay. Buy reach or carry if those names appear. If the shop only shows cosmetics, close it. The tools tier list ranks spend order; the short version is: extra carry > longer grab > prettier spray.

Do not spend Robux until you have finished a full solo clear. The game is free-to-play. Gamepasses, if any appear later, will be listed on launch notes after we see them in the store tab.

Minute 30–45: invite one friend, not ten

Online co-op is live. One friend is enough. Split by continent: you take Europe, they take the Americas. Call out large pieces by country name, not by colour. If you both lunge at the United States, you waste the special (G) and block the aisle. The players hub has a simple two-player script.

Skip executor “auto sort” tools. The scripts hub found none for this place, and loaders built for Clean the Library will not see these parts. Ban risk is not worth a first-hour shortcut.

What success looks like

Leave when:

• You can drop with F without thinking
• You have filled one labelled bay
• You cleaned that bay’s floor
• You opened T and did not panic-buy a trail

Then bookmark codes (still no public string) and How to Play for session two. Session two is when you try a full-map clear and glance at the countries tier list for tiny islands that hide under Russia and Canada.

Mistakes we see in the first hour

• Treating it like a shooter and holding click the whole time while carrying a country
• Sorting by flag colour (Ireland vs Italy vs Mexico)
• Never dropping, so the place action keeps swapping the wrong piece
• Opening every HUD button including fake Discord links — use official links only
• Quitting because the pile looks infinite. It is finite. Shelves prove it.
